Our team developed Pickleball Manager, an all-in-one application to address the need for modern software in the pickleball community. Conceived by a former professional player, this cross-platform solution provides a user-friendly and cost-effective system for managing clubs, running tournaments, processing payments, and scheduling courts. The application offers advanced features and robust integrations, creating a seamless experience for players and directors on mobile and web.

We enjoyed working with our client, a former professional pickleball player. His experience in the game gave him ample insight into the pain points the community is feeling with its software. His passion for pickleball and his acumen for development gave birth to Pickleball Manager. Pickleball manager is a full service application where users can create/manage memberships for pickleball clubs, run events and tournaments, assign referees, schedule courts, and do anything else one would need to do for Pickleball. He enlisted our Guru team and together they created this application.
Software in the pickleball industry has become stagnant and expensive over recent years. Tournament directors and clubs are looking for a more cost effective solution and at the same time yearning for an improved software that uses more modern design standards, is simpler to use, and above all has a mobile app.
The app needed to be cross platform, mobile for typical users on the go, and both tablet and web for tournament and club directors. The app needed to be accessible for various types of users, as pickleball players come from all backgrounds and ages. Lastly, the app needed to be able to integrate with other softwares and applications. Currently, Pickleball Manager is integrated with or plans to be integrated with the following softwares: Sport80, UTR, DUPR, VAIR, PodPlay, PlayByPoint, OpenCourt, Plan2Play, and more!
