When an entrepreneur needed to augment his team’s skills to build Cubby, a revolutionary bill management platform, he turned to us. Guru Technologies engineered a secure and robust solution by integrating powerful third-party systems with custom code. This collaboration successfully brought the client’s innovative vision to life and resulted in a product ready for market.
Gary Stringham is a tech-savvy entrepreneur who started a company to solve the hassle of monthly bills and statements—residents have to deal with either piles of paper mail, or a growing list of websites, online accounts, and passwords. He envisioned a solution where companies can eliminate costly paper bills and statements, and consumers can find all their documents in one easy place.
Cubby had some of the skills to make his dream a reality, but not all of them, so Gary engaged us at Guru Technologies. As we evaluated needs at each step, we looked for reputable third-party systems and libraries to do much of the work, and we provided custom coding to fill in the remaining gaps. This approach saved significant time and cost. We harnessed ButterCMS to allow the client to enter custom information to be displayed at various places on their website while still keeping strong command and coherence throughout. AWS infrastructure and advanced security strategies were utilized and carefully documented to strike the balance between ease of use and stringent security standards.
