One of the things I love most about being in this business is when the work we build for others ends up changing their industry — and sometimes, even winning national recognition.
This week, I’m proud to share that a mobile app engineered by Guru Technologies for one of our clients has been recognized as part of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500.
For context, this award has honored some of the most transformative companies in the world — past winners include Google, eBay, and Tesla. To see our client listed in the same tradition is not only exciting for them, but also a powerful validation of the work we’re doing here at Guru.
The app in question wasn’t about flashy features or hype-driven buzzwords. It was about solving a very real, very hard business problem for an enterprise client in a way that scaled, delivered measurable ROI, and felt seamless to the end user. Behind the scenes, our team wrestled with integrations, offline capabilities, security standards, and a mountain of regulatory tax requirements. In the end, the solution didn’t just work — it elevated our client’s business to the point where Deloitte took notice.
That’s the part I find most satisfying: not just building software, but helping build momentum. At Guru, we don’t chase awards, but when our clients earn them, it validates the approach we’ve taken since day one — engineering that’s human-centered, enterprise-ready, and built for the long run.
