PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Manages call routing, call queuing, through a web portal Jill’s Office agents use to take active calls for their clients to allow even the smallest company to have the customer service of a 9-5 secretary. It also uses native iPhone and Android apps to give the clients all the information they need about all the calls Jill’s Office has taken for them and pushes out to-do items, customer info, etc. to their mobile phones for their review.
